Shanna Horne is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been a nurse practitioner for 19 years completing her Bachelor of Science of Nursing and Master of Science of Nursing from the University of Florida. During her career, she has cared for the residents of Baker County at the Baker County Health Department and also at Minute Clinic.
Shanna graduated from Baker County High School in 2000. She has been married to Adam Horne for 18 years and they have two children, Sophie and Abbey.
Claudette and Shanna have dreamed of working together at a clinic in Macclenny since Claudette initially trained Shanna in 2004 at her very first clinical rotation in college. Shanna is confident God has placed her with Claudette after 19 years and is excited to serve in Baker County.
