At Heritage Wellness Center, our goal is to ensure a seamless prescription process for our patients. For your convenience, most prescriptions will be e-scribed by our providers during your appointment, allowing them to be ready for pickup when you arrive at the pharmacy. If you utilize a mail-order company for your prescriptions, please inform your provider so that we can also e-scribe these orders.
For established patients, prescription refills can be requested through your pharmacy or by calling our office. It is essential to be up-to-date on your regular wellness exams and have your pharmacy information ready when making a refill request. Qualified requests are typically fulfilled within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. However, certain prescriptions may require authorization from your physician, which may involve a follow-up phone call or office visit.
