Meet Claudette

Claudette Mallory is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years experience. Early in her career she provided primary care services to the citizens of her community at the Baker County Health Department. For the past decade she has worked in Jacksonville, Florida for Dr. Martin Garcia at River City OBGYN and Famwell MD where she has specialized in Women’s Health, Hormone Therapy, Weight Management and Aesthetic Services. It has been her dream to eventually bring her knowledge and experience back to her hometown and now has that opportunity at Heritage Wellness Center.

Claudette graduated from Baker County High School in 1993. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UNF and later went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2000.

Claudette has been married to her husband Marcus for 27 years. They have 3 children, Kessler, Blakely and Walker. They live in Glen St. Mary on the road named for her Great Grandfather, Odis Yarborough. In their free time they enjoy hunting, fishing, watching college football, or just hanging at home with their 3 dogs, 2 cats, chickens and pig. They also enjoy being active members at their church, Christian Fellowship Temple.
